TreeTops Tulum

This is a beautiful place to stay in Tulum! It’s so so clean, so quiet, so spacious, so modern, really feels like a home. Beautiful living room, kitchen, bathroom, private pool! Enjoy your stay here - we will miss it!!!

I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The unit came equipped with standard toiletries (soap/shampoo, towels), coffee, tea, a few cooking utensils. I loved sitting out on the patio at night. The lush foliage helps to create privacy as you gaze at the pool. The neighborhood is also very beautiful.

I thought this was a comfortable, peaceful hotel with lush landscaping, drinking water at the front desk and a cozy communal feel with the other rooms. Most of the rooms look out onto the pool so you can't help but get to talking to your neighbors. A couple of things to note: the location is difficult to find, in a gated community within a labyrinth of a neighborhood. There are some shops and restaurants within walking distance but you'll absolutely need a bike, scooter or car. There are a number of abandoned ruins nearby (of hotels, not Mayan ruins). The units are listed as apartments but mine did not have a kitchen to speak of. It was a hotel room with a mini-fridge and coffee/tea station. There were kitchen items but absolutely nowhere to prepare a meal, nor any kind of stove or microwave. Also there was no cleaning or towel change, and you needed to take the trash out yourself. For a longer-term stay this is not appropriate, a cleaning is done at least every three days. The management also solicited me for a five star review at the end which is just tacky. Overall this is a nice place to stay for one to three days, especially if you have your own transportation. Longer than that you might want to look elsewhere.

Very nice accommodation in a very cool area in Tulum. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the only downside was the fact that we had no towel change service. The apartament complex is gated and we had a security guard 24/24.

Simple but very comfortable rooms. Great bed with an actual duvet, and a no BS air conditioner that isn’t pointed straight at where you sleep, so you’re not frozen by cold air being blown directly at you. Cheapest place I’ve stayed so far in Mexico and it was the first to use some logic with AC placement. The grounds are small but beautiful. A little far from anything but we had a car so no problem. Also fine if you rent bikes.

I stayed here for a few days, and really enjoyed it for what it was. This is a good deal, and I would stay here again. It is not on the beach, but is a great option to save some money on your trip. The main beachfront is not very far and you could even take a bike. There is also parking, and cabs will pick you up no problem - its in a gated area with a guard who will even help you get a cab if there isn't one waiting there. there was a problem with our door lock on the first day, but management was on top of it and got it fixed straight away. overall we enjoyed a lot, and would go again!

Had an amazing stay! Beautiful decoration and design. Very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. We had a 1 bedroom which. Was very complete with fully kitchen living space and large bedroom and king size bed. Highly recommended.

An absolutely wonderful stay in what was without a doubt the most beautiful hotel of our trip. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated. We truly enjoyed every moment here.
